One of Atlanta’s most beloved food and beverage events is returning to Serenbe this fall. Les Dames d’Escoffier International - Atlanta Chapter will host the 20th anniversary of Afternoon in the Country on Nov. 8, 2026, bringing together 80 chefs, restaurants, farms, wineries, breweries and distilleries for an afternoon of tasting, discovery and community in the Chattahoochee Hills. Afternoon in the Country regularly draws hundreds of guests for a celebration of the people and products shaping Georgia’s food and beverage scene. VIP Ticket holders will experience a concierge level service from the Dames - from the point of ticket purchase, an auction preview prior to the event, VIP valet parking, early access and an exclusive tasting of champagne, whiskey, oysters and caviar.

The event caps the Atlanta chapter’s yearlong 30th anniversary celebration. Proceeds support scholarships for women pursuing education in the culinary, beverage and hospitality fields, along with grants benefiting Georgia’s farming community and organizations working to fight hunger.
