Aria invites guests to join Claire Jarreau, winemaker at Brooks Wine in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, for an intimate five-course wine dinner on Wednesday, April 30, at 7 p.m. The evening features five wines from Brooks, each thoughtfully paired with a seasonal menu crafted by chef Gerry Klaskala. Jarreau will share the stories and sustainable philosophy behind her expressive, vineyard-driven wines.
Brooks Wine, located in Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills, is known for its expressive wines and steadfast commitment to sustainability. Jarreau joined Brooks in 2014 and brings a global perspective shaped by experience in New Zealand, Austria and South Africa. Her low-intervention approach allows each vineyard’s character to shine through, producing wines that are both compelling and environmentally responsible.
