Atlanta’s Cold Beer is one of the final stops on a culinary book tour of the South for celebrated chef Mashama Bailey and John O. Morisano, the partners behind The Grey in Savannah. On Thursday, Oct. 21, Red Beard Restaurants hosts the duo at Cold Beer as they wrap up an 11-city book tour promoting their culinary memoir “Black, White and The Grey.”

During this non-traditional road trip-style book tour, Bailey and Morisano are making stops at restaurants across the South that are landmarks of Southern food and teaming with chefs for special dinners to celebrate the cities and chefs shaping the restaurant industry and food in the South.

Cold Beer is celebrating the memoir with a cocktail reception starting at 6 p.m. that includes an opportunity to mingle and chat with the authors, passed dishes and crafted cocktails inspired by the book and a cash bar for additional drinks.

Tickets are $65 per person and include a copy of “Black, White and The Grey,” passed food and two crafted cocktails. Tickets are available now on Resy.
