Gunshow’s acclaimed Hired Guns dinner series wraps up Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, with Neil Zabriskie, chef-owner of Regards in Portland, Maine. Zabriskie is celebrated for his modern take on coastal cuisine, drawing inspiration from Maine’s seafood traditions and Mexican flavors with bold, seasonal ingredients. Guests will enjoy an interactive 10-course dinner designed for sharing, with opportunities to meet the chefs, snap photos and take home a signed menu from Zabriskie, Gunshow chef de cuisine Cody Chassar and the Gunshow team.
