Are you an avid meal prepper? Tired of wasting food? Want to up your game in the kitchen? If so, Gunshow’s first Gourmet Canning and Preserving class is not to be missed. On Sunday, Aug. 8, attendees will learn tips and tricks of canning and preserving straight from Gunshow’s talented chefs. The two-hour hands-on learning class includes a booklet with recipes and handy insider tips, souvenirs, and cocktails and snacks to be enjoyed during the class. Attendees also will take home an item previously canned by the chefs as well as the item they can themselves during the class. Attendees must be 21+, and tickets are available online for $99.
