Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails calls all lobster lovers for a decadent five-course lobster feast during its fifth annual Lobster Madness Dinner on Sunday, Sept. 25. The dinner takes place in Milton’s Acre, the restaurant’s on-site garden.
Executive chef Derek Dollar and his team are preparing an unforgettable five-course meal that incorporates lobster into each dish. The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with Champagne and hors d’oeuvre. For the main course, guests will be served a whole 1.5-pound Maine lobster, and wine pairings will complement each course.
Lobster Madness tickets are $195 per person and include the cocktail reception, the five-course meal with wine pairings and gratuity. Tickets may be purchased online, and tax and fees will be added at checkout.
