Southern Belle invites guests to impress friends and family this Thanksgiving by exploring wines that pair perfectly with Turkey Day favorites. On Wednesday, Nov. 17, sommeliers Cate Hatch and Fred Torvik treat guests to a behind-the-scenes class to share what wines to pair with six iconic Thanksgiving dishes.
Chef Joey Ward and his team will complement the wines with a selection of small bites to enjoy in the private setting of the otherwise closed restaurant. In addition, Southern Belle is offering an exclusive 12-bottle, mixed case discount for attendees wanting to purchase wines served during the class.
The one-hour class starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $65 and are limited. Make reservations online.
