The Woodall Hosts Ernest Vineyards Dine Around Dinner for High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction
As part of the annual High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction, the Woodall is hosting a Dine Around Dinner on Wednesday, March 22. Executive chef John C. Metz and chef de cuisine Karl Gorline are partnering with Ernest Vineyards for a multi-course dining experience featuring exquisite wines from the Sonoma County vineyard.
The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. with a variety of snacks followed by a first course of salmon belly cru. Courses progress with lobster raviolo, grilled eggplant, braised hen of the woods, prime New York strip, and ending with a dessert of chocolate pot de crème. Each course is paired with a wine selection from Ernest Vineyards.
Located in the Westside Village at Moore’s Mill, the Woodall is an energetic, unique and upscale gathering place offering a warm, local atmosphere, serving contemporary takes on fresh and classic fare.
