Wylie & Rum invites guests to experience the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean with a one-night-only Cookbook Dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Inspired by the hit new release The Caribbean Cookbook by Rawlston Williams, the evening will feature a thoughtfully curated, multi-course menu created by Williams alongside Chef Brian Jones.
Guests will enjoy a culinary journey through all 28 island nations, with dishes highlighting the region’s signature ingredients including citrus, nutmeg, coconut, tamarind, pimento, pineapple and, of course, rum. Each course is designed to showcase the diversity and depth of Caribbean cuisine in an immersive, intimate setting.
Tickets are $125 per person and include a signed copy of The Caribbean Cookbook (retail value $59.95), making it a perfect experience for food lovers and cookbook collectors alike. Reservations are available via OpenTable.
