Some folks are just not comfortable on the grill. Often times they are ladies, but I also know plenty of men who just don’t know the basics of grilling. Work with me to get up to speed. We will go through the basics of building a fire, managing your heat, seasoning, and finally cooking the perfect steak. This will be a great primer course if you want to cook with Dad on Father’s Day.

This class will begin at 4:30pm on Sunday, June 6th and should take a little under 2 hours. We will send you digital copies of each recipe in advance via email, as well as some pointers for what to have ready before the class if you wish to cook along. Cost for this class is $49 per link.
