Italian Restaurant Fiorenza to Open This Summer in Alpharetta
Fiorenza Italian, a new Tuscan-inspired restaurant, is coming to Alpharetta this summer. Fiorenza is owned and operated by Jessi Qilafi, an Alpharetta resident who grew up in Florence, Italy.
“In Florence, dining is more than just food. It’s about tradition, family, and creating memories. After more than 15 years working in restaurants across Italy, New York City, and the metro Atlanta area, I’m proud to bring the flavors I grew up with to Alpharetta,” said Jessi Qilafi, Owner of Fiorenza Italian.
The menu follows the rhythm of a traditional Italian dining experience, beginning with antipasti and primi to secondi, contorni, and dolci, featuring authentic Tuscan dishes and fresh, house-made pastas. From aperitivo on the patio, date nights and family dinners, Fiorenza blends the charm of a neighborhood restaurant with a lively, contemporary atmosphere.
Fiorenza offers an exceptional selection of Italian wines alongside a modern craft cocktail program. Elegant yet family-friendly, it’s the perfect setting for everyday dining and special celebrations with nearly 2,500 square feet of event space.
Fiorenza has brought on experienced Executive Chef Eugene Thompson, a seasoned culinary leader with over 18 years in kitchens ranging from boutique Italian concepts to high-volume steakhouses. He has led teams as Executive Chef and Sous Chef across Atlanta, including Oak Steakhouse, Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse and Zakia.
The beverage program will be led by Jesus Ramirez, a seasoned bartender with over 10 years of experience in Atlanta’s hospitality scene, including roles at Palo Santo, Cooks & Soldiers and Storico Fresco, where he contributed to the development of elevated, hospitality-driven cocktail programs.
