Love Finds Its Spark at Your 3rd Spot

Atlanta has a plethora of options for first date destinations, but Jerrod Hoskins set the bar high when he chose Your 3rd Spot as the destination for his last first date.
Since opening in 2022, Your 3rd Spot has been named Best Date Night Spot by Atlanta Magazine and Best First Date Spot by Jezebel. With a selection of more than 100 games, including cornhole, pinball, air hockey, arcade games, bowling and giant Jenga, the social dining space lays the groundwork to foster fledgling connections over shareable bites, craft cocktails and a little healthy competition.
“We felt very special when we were given a glass of Champagne upon arrival and stunned by how amazingly decorated everything was once we walked into the venue,” says Hoskins. “It was the perfect first date spot.”
Hoskins—and his now-fiancée Aby Edwards—recently returned to Your 3rd Spot to celebrate their engagement, remembering all the good experiences they have had there throughout their relationship.
“I was blown away by the coordination of the staff when I called an hour beforehand to ask if it was OK to celebrate our engagement there and take a few photos. They went above and beyond to create a congratulations engagement banner, reserve the table that we had on our first date and bring out appetizers for us to enjoy,” says Hoskins. “I cannot say how happy and grateful we were to come there.”
And they’re not the only couple who found love at Your 3rd Spot. On New Year’s Eve, Jasmine Russell and Seldon Thomas met by chance at the bar while ordering drinks. What started with shots, conversation and even a stranger insisting they looked like a couple, turned into a connection that carried well beyond the evening. The two exchanged numbers, went on back-to-back dates the following weekend and have been inseparable ever since—meeting families, traveling together and building a relationship that all began with a spontaneous night at Your 3rd Spot.
Other couples can recreate these experiences with Your 3rd Spot’s date night package offered on Thursdays from 5-10 p.m. and Fridays between 6-7 p.m. It includes two Experience Passes for unlimited gaming for 3+ hours, 30 minutes of bowling (Thursdays only), a reserved dining table accompanied by selections from the chef-curated seven-course Taste & Explore Menu and a custom Polaroid photo as a souvenir of the memorable evening.
