Marlow's Tavern Raises a Glass to Fall with Barrel & Bone
Bourbon weather is coming, and Marlow’s Tavern is ready to pour. This fall, the neighborhood tavern is rolling out Barrel & Bone, a limited-time menu built around hearty dishes, bold flavors and Angel’s Envy Bourbon pairings.
Available at all Marlow’s Tavern locations in Georgia Sept. 11 through Oct. 18, 2026, Barrel & Bone brings together slow-roasted duck, a center-cut pork chop, bourbon-glazed ribs and croissant and bacon beignets, each with a suggested bourbon cocktail or pour to match.
The Barrel & Bone menu includes:
Half Crispy Duck – Slow-roasted duck with crisp skin, cauliflower fried “rice” and soy glaze. Pair it with an Angel’s Envy Paper Plane: Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Aperol, amaro and fresh lemon.
Grilled Center-Cut Pork Chop – Served with quinoa vegetable “risotto,” red wine reduction and crisp kale. Pair it with an Angel’s Gold Rush: Angel’s Envy Bourbon, fresh lemon and honey syrup.
Bourbon-Glazed St. Louis Ribs – Served with house-pickled carrots and cucumbers, parsley and herb-buttered potatoes. Pair the ribs with an Angel’s Envy Barrel-Aged Manhattan: Angel’s Envy Bourbon, sweet vermouth and Angostura bitters.
Croissant Beignets – Flaky croissant-style beignets dusted with powdered sugar, topped with candied bacon and served with vanilla bourbon dipping sauce. Finish the experience with a 2-ounce pour of Angel’s Envy Bourbon, served neat or on the rocks.
Whether guests come for the bourbon, the bone or both, Barrel & Bone gives them something new to dig into at Marlow’s this fall.
Throughout September, guests who make a donation of $1 or more to the Sterling Futures Foundation during their visit will receive a $5 Give Back Reward to use at Marlow’s Tavern throughout October.
