Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails' Garden Dinner Series Celebrates the Flavors of Fall Oct. 5, 12 and 19

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails invites guests to savor the flavors of fall during its celebrated Garden Dinner Series, continuing with three special Sunday evenings in October: Oct. 5, Oct. 12 and Oct. 19, 2025.

Hosted al fresco in Milton’s Acre, the restaurant’s onsite garden, these intimate evenings highlight the season’s best ingredients, many harvested directly from the garden rows where guests dine. Executive chef AJ Jones and her culinary team craft a rotating four-course menu inspired by autumn’s bounty, pairing heirloom vegetables, fresh herbs and locally sourced meats and seafood with expertly curated wine selections.

Each evening begins at 5 p.m. with a welcome reception featuring hors d’oeuvres, libations and a guided garden tour. Guests then enjoy a family-style, open-air dinner accompanied by live cello music, creating an unforgettable culinary experience.

Menus are designed just weeks in advance based on peak seasonal availability. Past dinners have showcased dishes such as maple cranberry confit duck tartlets; fig and brie cornbread; butternut squash bisque with savory dark chocolate almonds, thyme and smoked sea salt; salmon in puff pastry with roasted root vegetables and sage soubise; cocoa nib short rib with mushroom ragu, delicata squash and black current demi; and pumpkin-spiced cheesecake with caramel popcorn and white chocolate.

Tickets to the Garden Dinner Series are $165 each (including wine, tax and gratuity) and may be purchased online in advance. Tickets are not transferable for other dates and cannot be refunded within 48 hours of the event.
