Zunzibar is founded on the vision of great food, serious cocktails and a place to belong. The Jupiter opening is the brand’s third location and first Florida outpost — shaped by the neighborhood it calls home.
“Jupiter felt right the first time we walked the site,” said Tony Lang, Vice President of Operations. “We built this place to be claimed. Somewhere locals come back to — not somewhere they tick off a list. Pull up. Stay a while.”
The kitchen leads with coastal plates made for the table. Smoked mahi dip. East Coast oysters. Tuna ceviche. Chef plates range from Peruvian chicken skewers with salsa verde to snow crab with Andouille sausage and Cajun butter. Handhelds lean classic — a smashburger on a Martin’s potato bun, a lobster roll on buttered brioche, blackened mahi with cucumber salad and mango slaw. Shareable or not. Your call. The bar carries the room from afternoon into evening with serious drinks built on freshness and consistency.
The space reads lived-in, not try-hard. Designed to photograph well because it was designed well — not for the photo. Come as you are. Bring anyone. Stay as long as the night lets you.
