This intimate five-course dinner explores the depth and diversity of mole through five distinct preparations, each showcasing regional expression, tradition and technique. Four curated wine pairings accompany the evening, highlighting the balance and complexity of each course for a refined pre-Valentine’s dining experience.

Inspired by watching his grandmother prepare mole for 150 guests, Chef Gustavo Bautista of Double Zero brings a lifelong passion for the iconic sauce, sharing the care, craftsmanship and tradition behind each dish.
