Atlanta’s culinary scene is heating up as DiningOut’s nationally touring RARE Steak Championship makes its city debut at Pullman Yards on April 9, 2026. The high-voltage event transforms the historic venue into a 21+ culinary arena that blends the refinement of a high-end steakhouse with the pulse of a late-night warehouse party. Guests can enjoy unlimited steak tastings from more than 25 of the city's top restaurants, alongside craft cocktails, curated wine and live music from Crystal Clear Band. The evening culminates in a dramatic on-stage awards ceremony where chefs compete for Best Traditional Steak and Best Creative Steak honors in both Critic's Choice and People's Choice categories.
The fierce competition features a lineup of local heavyweights including Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar, The Woodall, Marlow’s Tavern, Kevin Rathbun Steak and Arnette’s Chop Shop. Using premium cuts provided by Buckhead Meat & Seafood, these chefs will vie for steak supremacy while attendees cast their votes to help crown the city's champions. Beyond the food, a portion of the proceeds from the night will benefit Open Hand Atlanta to support its mission of providing health-promoting meals to the community. Tickets are available at atlanta.raresteakfest.com.
