Atlanta Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International Partners with Wild Heaven Brewery for Feb. 28 Beer and Dinner

Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI) Atlanta chapter member Sarah Young, executive vice president of the popular Wild Heaven Brewery in the West End’s Lee + White development, is hosting an event to benefit the scholarship fund of the culinary women’s organization. On Tuesday, Feb. 28 from 6 -9 p.m., guests can hear from brewmaster Eric Johnson, enjoy tastes of beer and dinner. Tickets are $50 and available online. Raffle tickets sold in advance and at the event also will benefit the scholarship fund. Self-parking is free.

Since 2001, the Atlanta chapter of LDEI has been pleased to offer annual scholarships for education and continuing education grants to female applicants pursuing culinary or pastry arts, farming, beverage management, hospitality or agriculture coursework. Proceeds from events and raffles fund the scholarships each year.
