Community Dinner Series Returns to Roswell on Oct. 19, 2025
The Mill Kitchen & Bar will host its Town Square Community Dining Series on Sunday, Oct. 19 at 6 p.m., treating guests to a four-course, family-style feast with wine pairings beneath the twinkling lights of Roswell’s historic Town Square.
Executive Chef Derek Dollar will serve a seasonal menu beginning with passed hors d’oeuvres like grilled green apples wrapped in prosciutto with hot honey glaze and sweet potato fritters with Asher Blue cheese and red chili aioli. Courses include chicken fried bacon with mill gravy and Nashville hot maple syrup, brown sugar acorn squash risotto with espresso-rubbed shrimp, applewood smoked pork shank with smoked gouda grits, and fried cinnamon sugar doughnuts with cinnamon gelato and warm toffee sauce.
Tickets are $130 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), and may be reserved on OpenTable. Proceeds from the event benefit Friends of Roswell, a group of nonprofit organizations that support the city through volunteer work and fundraising. This is the final dinner of the 2025 series, save a seat before it’s too late!
