Discerning diners can bank on taste every Tuesday through Saturday as the Midtown restaurant offers a different special every night of the week, including Wednesday’s moules frites and Saturday’s chicken liver fettuccine. Tuesday: Scottish steelhead trout with Dijon mustard mashed Potatoes, cipollini onions and Spotted Trotter pancetta butter
Wednesday: Moule frites
Thursday: Rosemary airline chicken with black kale pesto polenta, fried kale and chicken jus
Friday: 14-ounce pork chop with Roman gnocchi and sage
Saturday: Chicken liver fettuccine
