Buena Vida Tapas Bar Debuts New Lunch Menu with $12 Specials
Buena Vida Tapas Bar is introducing a new lunch menu designed to deliver bold Spanish-inspired flavors at an unbeatable value. Available Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Buena Vida’s new $12 lunch specials include a complete combo with a main dish, a side and a soft drink, making it an easy choice for Beltline regulars and nearby office crowds alike. Executive Chef Shane Owens created the menu to balance freshness, flavor and speed. Among the $12 lunch specials are:
Chef’s salad – Grilled chicken, romaine, grilled corn, pickled red onion, cherry tomatoes, shredded Manchego, roasted peppers, radishes, sunflower seeds and sweet heat dressing
Caesar wrap – Grilled or fried chicken breast, romaine, Parmesan and Caesar dressing in a flour tortilla
Grilled chicken pesto focaccia sandwich – Grilled chicken, pesto aioli, tomato and lettuce on focaccia
The grilled chicken pesto focaccia stands out as a new lunchtime favorite, pairing herb-forward pesto with hearty grilled chicken for a filling but approachable option. Additional favorites include the fig & goat cheese salad with spinach, fresh goat cheese, dried figs, pickled watermelon, sesame brittle, berry compote sherry vinaigrette and the saffron rice bowl with grilled chicken, bomba rice, roasted bell peppers, sliced avocado, guindilla peppers, paella broth, cherry tomatoes and Manchego cheese.
“The lunch menu was built around value and consistency,” Owens said. “Guests can get a full meal for $12 without cutting corners on ingredients or flavor.”
