Fans of wood fire flavor have something new to celebrate. Cowboy Chicken rounds up three all-new tacos plus a sweet, limited-time chocolate-filled churros dessert, bringing big Texas flavor to the table this season. These offerings are available from March 9-May 31, 2026.
Cowboy Chicken’s new taco lineup highlights the brand’s signature rotisserie cooking and bold seasonings. Each taco plate includes two tacos served with ranchero beans, chips and salsa. Taco varieties include:
Crispy Tenders Taco ($13.50): Two golden, crispy chicken tenders are tucked into warm tortillas with melted cheese, fresh lettuce, tomatoes and zesty jalapeño ranch. Crunchy, comforting and family-friendly, this taco delivers a fun twist on classic chicken tenders that appeals to guests of all ages.
Tex Mex Chicken Taco ($13.50): This taco combines chicken tinga with roasted onions and tomatoes and is topped with crema, fresh cilantro and cotija cheese. Featuring wood fire rotisserie chicken, this taco delivers a balanced combination of smoky flavor and bright toppings for a lighter yet craveable option.
Smoky Brisket Taco – ($14.50): Rich, premium brisket seasoned with Cowboy Chicken’s signature Cowboy Dust takes center stage in this bold Texas creation. Layered with salsa, pickled onions, cilantro and cotija cheese, it’s a smoky barbecue-inspired taco that celebrates big flavor. Note: This premium option is $1 more than the other tacos.
To round out the meal, Cowboy Chicken offers chocolate-filled cinnamon sugar churros ($4.50) topped with a sweet cream drizzle. The indulgent treat is the perfect dessert accompaniment to a meal of satisfying tacos. Guests can pair their meal with jalapeño lemonade, a refreshing sweet-heat combination that complements the new menu items.
