HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern is pouring a fresh round of bold flavors with the latest iteration of Bourbon & Bites, available for dine-in service at all six locations June 17 through Aug. 11, 2026. The rotating dining experience pairs chef-driven dishes with curated bourbon pours a specialty cocktail, inviting guests to explore new flavor combinations all summer long.
Designed for bourbon enthusiasts and casual sippers alike, Bourbon & Bites features limited-time dishes, a handcrafted bourbon cocktail and a curated bourbon flight available throughout the eight-week rotation.
Guests can enjoy the following featured offerings during the latest Bourbon & Bites lineup:
Nashville Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich ($16.95) – cornflake-fried chicken, Nashville sauce, hot honey, classic slaw, pickles and brioche bun
Maple Bourbon Glazed Meatloaf ($22.50) – grilled meatloaf, maple bourbon glaze, mashed potatoes, collard greens and green onions
Bourbon Bee ($13.50) – Knob Creek 9 Year Bourbon, Aperol, honey vanilla simple syrup, pineapple juice and lemon juice
