HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern Introduces Bourbon & Bites, a New Bourbon Experience Every Eight Weeks
HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavernis raising a glass to what’s next with the debut of Bourbon & Bites, a new series inspired by its longtime Bourbon Club. Launching April 22, 2026, the rotating eight-week experiences expand on the intimate, once-a-month events, giving guests more opportunities to sip, savor and connect over thoughtfully curated bourbon offerings.
HOBNOB’s Bourbon Club brought together a loyal community of bourbon lovers to enjoy great pours and meaningful moments around the table. Bourbon & Bites builds on that foundation, transforming the experience into a flexible, come-as-you-please format that invites guests to explore featured selections throughout the eight-week run.
Each iteration of Bourbon & Bites highlights a curated bourbon experience designed for discovery, comparison and revisiting favorites, whether guests are seasoned enthusiasts or bourbon curious.
Guests can expect the following throughout the Bourbon & Bites series:
A curated bourbon flight with tasting notes, available throughout the full feature window
A bourbon-forward cocktail crafted to showcase the spirit in a new way
Two chef-driven dishes, either bourbon-infused or thoughtfully paired to complement each pour
Featured items for the first Bourbon & Bites lineup include:
Bourbon brisket sliders with smoked brisket, bourbon barbecue sauce, crispy onions, spicy pickled carrots and cilantro
Bourbon chicken fried steak served with bourbon pepper gravy, mashed potatoes and collard greens
Blackberry smash with Elijah Craig Small Batch, blackberries, lime, mint and soda
A specialty bourbon flight featuring Angel’s Envy, Redwood Empire Pipe Dream, Elijah Craig Small Batch and Baker’s Single Barrel
The first eight-week iteration of Bourbon & Bites will launch April 22 at all six HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern locations for dine-in service.
