Marlow's Tavern Welcomes Dynamic New Management Team to Peachtree Corners
Marlow’s Tavern is proud to announce the official leadership team guiding its Peachtree Corners tavern into an exciting new chapter. The trio of General Manager Samantha “Sam” Guley, Chef de Cuisine Gonzalo “Gonzo” Castro, and Beverage & Hospitality Manager Nicole Canzoneri bring passion, experience and a deep commitment to world-class hospitality.
What makes this team extra special? For both Sam and Gonzo, this is a homecoming. After time spent exploring other opportunities, they’ve chosen to return to Marlow’s, bringing fresh perspective and renewed passion.
Samantha Guley, General Manager
Sam brings unmatched energy and a guest-first approach to her leadership style. After starting with Marlow’s as a bartender and trainer, she grew her career through multiple roles including corporate trainer, catering manager and even running her own business during her five-year break from Marlow’s Tavern. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Sam thrives on building cohesive, empowered teams.
“My goal is to provide world-class hospitality to the neighborhoods we serve and equip my team to be true experience makers, not just order takers,” says Sam.
A Georgia native, Sam lives in Jefferson with her husband Ryan and their two boys, Grant and Colton. When she’s not leading her team, you’ll find her thrifting or cheering at her sons’ soccer games.
Gonzalo “Gonzo” Castro, Chef de Cuisine
With roots in Guadalajara and an education from Le Cordon Bleu Orlando, Chef Gonzo brings global flavor and technique to Marlow’s kitchen. His career has taken him through kitchens at The Americano (InterContinental Buckhead), House of Blues Orlando, Rocco’s Tacos and more. Now, he’s back at Marlow’s with a focus on developing rising chefs and creating crave-worthy dishes.
“My dad inspired me to cook—he was a single father who made meals for us every day,” Gonzo shares. “That personal connection is what I bring to my food.”
Expect not only bold specials and an impeccably run kitchen but also the rare sight of a chef stepping out to deliver dishes himself—an extra touch Gonzo believes makes dining memorable. He lives in Georgia with his wife Alma and their four children.
Nicole Canzoneri, Beverage & Hospitality Manager
Nicole’s journey with Marlow’s started as a server and grew into leadership through dedication, hard work, and a natural love of hospitality. She now manages the Tavern’s bar program, oversees inventory and ensures her team of bartenders and servers deliver the friendly, polished service Marlow’s is known for.
Her background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Georgia Gwinnett College and extensive experience in both front- and back-of-house roles. “I love being people-facing and making someone’s day,” Nicole says. “My goal is to build a happy, cohesive team whose energy guests can sense the moment they walk in.”
Nicole lives in Auburn, GA, with her three dogs. When she’s not at Marlow’s, she volunteers with the Lifeline Animal Project and Barrow County Animal Control.

Together, Sam, Gonzo and Nicole represent the best of what Marlow’s Tavern has always been about: genuine hospitality, exceptional food and neighborhood connection. Whether it’s a thoughtfully crafted cocktail, a chef-driven special or the warm welcome from the team, guests can expect memorable experiences every time they step inside the Peachtree Corners tavern.
“The Atlanta food scene is full of options,” Sam notes, “but we’re here to make sure Marlow’s isn’t just one of them—it’s the standout choice.”
