The Local Tavern Kicks off Bowl Season with Game-Day Specials
The Local Tavern is serving up a lineup of football-ready specials for college bowl games and the championship, available exclusively at the bar. Starting Saturday, Dec. 20, fans watching the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl (Utah State vs. Washington State), the Birmingham Bowl (Georgia Southern vs. App State), the Hawaii Bowl (Cal vs. Hawaii) and the Xbox Bowl (Arkansas State vs. Missouri State) can pair kickoff with $5 Monday Night 404 Lager or Michelob Ultra, plus crowd-pleasing bites like bang bang shrimp, fried green tomatoes and wings tossed in flavors from lemon pepper to house hot. The game-day menu also features tacos, classic single-patty burgers with fries and signature drinks including a Stateside Bloody Mary and Casamigos Margarita, making it an easy home base for watching every snap.
