As part of the statewide culinary celebration, Chef John C. Metz is serving a special RealSweet® Vidalia® Onion Tart, highlighting the signature mild, sweet flavor that makes Vidalia onions a Southern staple. The limited-time dish joins a lineup of creative offerings from restaurants across Georgia, all designed to showcase the versatility of the iconic ingredient. Even sweeter? Shuman Farms will make a donation to a regional food bank on behalf of participating restaurants.
