VIỆTVANA Phở Noodle House Opens Buckhead Flagship at Lenox Square

VIỆTVANA Phở Noodle House, the Vietnamese restaurant founded by husband-and-wife team Dinh Tran and Khanh Dang, is opening its newest location at Lenox Square in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood. The restaurant will be located across from Sweetgreen, transforming the footprint into a full open kitchen with hallway seating designed to evoke authentic, narrow street-side dining found in Vietnam.

The Lenox Square location offers a full menu and morning-to-night dayparts in a space purpose-built around an open kitchen. Designed by Danny England and Morgan Justis of Creative License Studio, the space is built to serve breakfast through dinner, from phở, banh mi, vermicelli, broken rice, fried rice and appetizers to coffee, beverages and dessert.

“Lenox Square is our flagship,” said Tran. “The open kitchen and the hallway are meant to feel like an all-day Saigon alley. Guests can come in for coffee in the morning and stay through dinner, and the space is built for that.”

VIỆTVANA has grown steadily since opening its first location in Avondale Estates in 2019. The restaurant group also operates restaurants at Ponce City Market and the Lee + White Food Hall in Atlanta's West End. At Ponce City Market last June, Tran and Dang debuted three new concepts in Jamestown’s Market East, (the redesigned Central Food Hall wing) Boom Boom Bao, Lime Tiger and Uwu Asian Dessert Co.

“We are excited to welcome VIỆTVANA–one of Atlanta’s most popular Vietnamese restaurants, to Lenox Square,” said David Vinehout, vice president of leasing at Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. “This authentic, internationally inspired concept delivers an elevated, all-day dining experience that enhances Lenox Square’s dynamic mix of culinary offerings and enriches what our guests can enjoy throughout the day.”

At the heart of every VIỆTVANA location is the phở, made from family recipes passed down through generations. The broth draws its sweetness and depth from onions, shallots, ginger, garlic and beef bones, and is cooked fresh daily. Their meticulously trained chefs make the noodles in-house using authentic rice flour and bake the banh mi bread fresh on-site. VIỆTVANA's recipes are crafted by Tran and his mother, Tina Nguyen, who can often be found in the restaurants' kitchens.

The VIỆTVANA restaurants continue their mission to change the narrative of Vietnamese and Asian food. The name reflects the idea of Vietnamese food meeting nirvana, hence VIỆTVANA.
