Wylie & Rum Serves Refreshing and Creative Mocktails

Mango Tango Lemonade from Wylie & Rum

Mocktails keep climbing in popularity, and Wylie & Rum, a relaxed neighborhood Floridian-Caribbean kitchen and rum bar, mixes these drinks with a tropical flair. The Kirkwood restaurant, serving island-influenced fare, pours a selection of nonalcoholic beverages, perfect for a night out or a chill afternoon on the patio.

Whether guests want to avoid alcohol completely or want to moderate their drinking by practicing zebra striping—a mindful method of alternating between alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks—the Caribbean-influenced dining destination has the perfect tasty beverage.

The Rummery at Wylie & Rum creates refreshing mocktails with fresh juices and purees featuring tropical flavors of guava, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, freshly squeezed orange juice, coconut water and fresh mint, bringing island vibes to any gathering.

Wylie & Rum mocktails include:

  • Caribbean Carnival Punch – Taste buds take a vacation with this lively mix of guava and passionfruit purées, pineapple and orange juices, a hint of grenadine and a bubbly splash of Sprite.

  • Cuban Cooler – An island-style refresher with muddled mint, a kiss of simple syrup and zesty lime juice, topped with soda water. Guests can make it their own with strawberry, mango, guava, coconut or passionfruit.

  • Tropical Crush – Sunshine in a glass. Pineapple, orange and sweet mango juices team up with a burst of Tropical Red Bull for an energy-packed sip.

  • Tiki Breeze – A breezy blend of orange and pineapple juices swirled with nutty orgeat and finished with a citrusy splash of lime.

  • Mango Tango Lemonade – Tart lemonade and sweet mango puree join forces in this playful, sunshine-filled sip.

  • Passion Guava Zing – A vibrant mix of sweet guava and tangy passionfruit topped with fizzy ginger ale for a sweet-tart thrill.

A variety of cold nonalcoholic beers are also available, as well as Mexican Coke, Mexican Sprite, orange juice, Fanta Orange, Jamaican ginger beer, Ting and Jarritos mandarin or pineapple. These drinks pair nicely with Wylie & Rum’s menu offerings such as jerk chicken, famous guava BBQ ribs, freshly made empanadas or a decadent Cuban coffee brownie.
