With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Edgerton brings a track record of building experience-driven brands that balance creativity with operational rigor. His career spans some of New York’s most iconic dining and hospitality institutions, including The Rainbow Room and The Waldorf Astoria, as well as advisory and leadership roles across multi-unit portfolios that span nationwide.

In his role as president, Edgerton has been overseeing brand strategy, innovation and long-term growth for Zunzibar, with an emphasis on preserving the spirit of the brand while thoughtfully expanding its reach. His leadership approach centers on intentional hospitality, strong culture and guest experiences designed to foster genuine connection and a sense of belonging.
