Congratulations to Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar chef Olivia Hurst, who won her episode of Food Network’s “Chopped.” Hurst wowed the judges with three winning dishes: little neck clams in a pineapple cream sauce, BBQ Cornish hen leg with baba ghanoush, and a chokeberry and chocolate turnover with sugared zucchini coins.
