When the day feels a little too long and comfort is in short supply, Cowboy Chicken has a new solution: the Mac-n-Cheese Hotline.
Now live at 903-5CHEESY, the free hotline offers callers a lighthearted escape—complete with cheesy encouragement, jokes, music and a place to vent—while also unlocking special offers tied to Cowboy Chicken’s new Mac-n-Cheese Bowls, available for a limited time through March 8, 2026.
Designed as a playful pick-me-up, the hotline invites callers to choose their comfort. Options include everything from a cheesy hug and a Mac-n-Cheese joke to a trail tune to lift the mood. Callers can even rant or vent after the beep—then press another button to have a free Mac-n-Cheese bowl code texted directly to their phones.
“Even the toughest cowboys need a break,” the hotline reminds callers, pairing feel-good moments with food that delivers the same kind of comfort in bowl form.

In addition to hotline and website offers, Wild West Rewards members can score $2 off any Mac-n-Cheese Bowl every Monday in January, making Mondays a little more manageable. Guests who try all three Mac-n-Cheese Bowls by March 8 will also earn a $10 reward.
