National Taco Day Brings a Fiesta of Flavors on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025
National Taco Day arrives Oct. 7, 2025, and Atlanta restaurants are rolling out a feast of inventive tacos, fresh margaritas and all-day specials. From crispy and chargrilled to veggie-packed, local favorites are loading their menus with bold flavors, festive sips and plenty of good cheer.
On Oct. 7, Chido & Padre’s Taco & Tequila Tuesday menu returns alongside $6 El Jimador house margaritas. Additional pours include Peachtree and blood orange margaritas ($10 singles, $36 pitchers) and $25 tequila flights. Taco features span the fajita-spiced fried chicken taco ($5), crispy Baja fish taco ($6), the “Trust Me” vegetarian taco ($4) and a shrimp salad taco ($6). Make reservations via OpenTable.
All Tin Lizzy’s Cantina locations get in on the action on Oct. 7. Guests can pair the lively eatery’s Taco Tuesday menu with $6 El Jimador margaritas and $2.99 old-school crunchy shell beef tacos. A lineup of $3.99 tacos includes classic fried fish, grilled chicken, chicken con queso, kale and mushroom, fried chicken and The Gringo with seasoned ground beef. Drink specials round out the celebration with PBR tall boys and domestic drafts for $4 and import drafts for $5.
