Four New Dishes Land on the Menu at Marlow’s Tavern
Just in time for cold weather appetites, Marlow’s Tavern has added four flavorful, new dishes to its menu of classic American cuisine. Guests can start with the Southern Chef’s Board loaded with a mini pimento cheese and pretzel sandwich, Benton’s Southern-style prosciutto, crispy grits, bread and butter pickles and house-pickled okra and cauliflower. New entrées include Pan-Seared Trigger Fish that’s panko-chive crusted and served with basmati fried rice, edamame, shiitake mushrooms, napa cabbage and miso soy vinaigrette; and the Chicken Stack with Prestige Farms chicken served with sweet pea mushroom ravioli, pine nuts, sautéed spinach, oyster mushrooms, green pea and mint purée and sauce velouté. A perfect ending brings Warm Molten Chocolate Cake topped with fresh whipped cream and powdered sugar.
