Marlow’s Dinner Series Continues with a Tequila Edition on June 18
Marlow’s Tavern is continuing its new themed monthly dinner series with a spirited twist for June: Tequila Pairings. Taking place on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, this evening features bold flavors and inventive tequila cocktails, all for $75 per person. The three-course experience is crafted by Marlow’s chefs and paired with unique drinks to celebrate the vibrant taste of Mexico.
The evening begins with salmon crudo, a starter with Granny Smith apple, jalapeño, cilantro, and citrus, paired with a Watermelon Margarita Splash made with Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, fresh watermelon, agave nectar, lime, and a kick of jalapeño. For the main course, guests will enjoy a hearty grilled Delmonico ribeye, marinated for 24 hours and served with street corn and quinoa hash, crumbled queso and sautéed spinach. It’s paired with the Mexican Stand-Off!, a bold blend of Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila, Ilegal Mezcal, hibiscus syrup, lime, and blackberry. To finish on a sweet note, the strawberry margarita cheesecake delivers a classic cheesecake with graham cracker crust, topped with tequila-spiked strawberry-citrus coulis.
Guests can expect more themed nights to come, with each dinner held on the third Wednesday of every month. Reservations are not required, just come hungry and ready to sip, savor, and celebrate.
