Marlow's Tavern Adds New Seasonal Menu Selections as Weather Cools
Restaurant guests are craving comfort this season more than ever, and Marlow’s Tavern is satisfying appetites with new starters, entrées and desserts that simply taste better in sweater weather.
“At Marlow’s Tavern, we’re honoring the fall and winter seasons with bold spices, vibrant root vegetables and hardy greens,” says John C. Guests can mark the transition to brisk days with new starters, snacks and salads:
Spinach and Feta Dip with fresh spinach, fire-grilled artichoke, creamy Mornay, Swiss, Parmesan, feta and buttery crostini
Pimento Cheese Arancini with creamy arborio risotto, pimento cheese and smoked chili cream
Tortilla Salad with romaine, cucumber, tomato, black bean corn salsa, radish, pepper jack, avocado, coriander lime dressing and crispy tortilla
New “Tavern Favorites” feature heartier dishes with seasonal flavors, including:
Grilled Atlantic Salmon with basmati fried rice, shiitake, napa cabbage and miso soy
Trigger Fish with spaghetti squash, kale, toasted almond, brandied Craisins and sage cider cream
Grilled Prestige Farms Chicken with butternut squash, shaved Brussels sprouts, cumin-charred cauliflower, tomato concasse and roast chicken jus
Veggie and Grain Bowl with farro, quinoa, cucumber, edamame, radish, cauliflower, tomato, pickled red onion and rice wine herb vinaigrette with the option to add tuna poke
Guests will want to leave room for the “Sweet Stuff”, which now includes Warm Tres Leches with RumChata-soaked sponge cake, espresso crumble and whipped cream.
